ICU - General MICU/SICU

Unit Details: ICU RN (MICU/SICU) needed to care for critically ill medical, surgical, trauma, neuro, Candidates must have experience with vasoactive drips, blood product administration, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, central and arterial lines,CRRT (RN-driven), TTM using Arctic Sun, Belmont rapid infuser, and advanced cardiac monitoring. Required competencies include endotracheal intubation support, cardioversion, defibrillation, chest tubes, wound care, pressure injury management, and massive transfusion protocols. Experience with ICP, BIS, and Licox monitoring, NIHSS assessments, and post-cardiac surgery patients is required.

Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required
