Duration: 6 Months with possible extension and conversion into permanent

Summary:

As a Client Service Coordinator (General), you will be responsible for delivering client requirements by collaborating with multiple internal teams.

• Oversee coordination of laboratory vendors to execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities
• Provide vendor escorting to and from laboratory areas
• Act as the first point of contact for all third-party contractors
• Submit CMMS data updates, additions, and decommissions

• This role will have a lot of walking

Team Overview:

• Candidate will be part of team, but will be working independently

Resource's typical working day:

• Escorting/ scheduling vendors
• Tagging assets
• Inventory

Must Have Skills:

• Organized
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail

Nice to have skills: Science background

Soft Skills:

• Client facing role
• Good customer service skills

Years of Experience: 0-2 years

Education: H.S. diploma or GED, bachelor's in science is a plus

Software skills: Microsoft Office suite

Interview Process:

• 1st round screening interview (Teams)
• 2nd round in-person with a site tour
