Establish and monitor key delivery metrics, portfolio health indicators, and execution KPIs to improve predictability, flow, quality, and business outcomes.
Drive proactive identification, mitigation, and escalation of risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing TPM organization through coaching, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous learning, and relentless improvement through data-driven insights and execution discipline
