Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to meeting productivity and quality standards. ## Key Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. * Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. * Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. * Organize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations. * Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (if certified). * Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and stock audits. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. * Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to management. * Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.## Qualifications### Required * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Basic math and computer skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Dependable attendance and punctuality.### Preferred * Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience. * Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment. * Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.## Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. * Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions. * Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks.## Benefits * Competitive pay * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Retirement savings plan * Career growth and advancement opportunities## Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available.
