Analyze and comprehend laboratory web servers' functionality. Apply a fundamental understanding of molecular biology and genomics with software engineering principles to refactor the existing software into an extensible and future-proof web service. Work with supervisors on the specification, modeling, and final transformation of web services. Develop data structures specifically for the purpose of simplifying the data-language interface.
