Lead Payments Representative (on-site)

Responsible for performing and coordinating a variety of electronic payment services while serving as the department's lead resource for payment operations. Ensures the accurate and timely processing of electronic payment transactions, supports departmental workflow management, provides training and guidance to team members, assists with quality control functions, researches and resolves complex payment issues, and helps ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Promotes U1 values and supports departmental and organizational goals.
