Build and integrate modern frameworks, microservices, APIs, and event-driven solutions using sound software engineering practices
Leverage AI/ML and enterprise-approved AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and innovation
Analyze complex application and production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
Build and optimize distributed systems for reliability, scalability, observability, and performance
Develop and improve CI/CD, automated testing, and software delivery practices
Collaborate with product, business, architecture, and engineering teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive modernization, technical debt reduction, and continuous platform improvement
Contribute to technical design, code reviews, engineering standards, and development best practices

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you, provide clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, and support your development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of professional software engineering or application development experience
5+ years of hands-on programming experience with either .NET/C# or Java, with additional experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
