The role primarily supports enterprise platforms such as CRM, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), while also contributing to SAP ERP implementations, enhancements, and integration initiatives, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
A key responsibility of this position is to take ownership of application documentation and knowledge management, including addressing existing documentation gaps and establishing reliable, standardized technical documentation, IT knowledge bases, and end-user guides.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on enterprise application experience, a solid understanding of business processes, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, automation, and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Application Support & Administration
- Own the day-to-day support, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications, including ShareCRM, MES, WMS, and other business platforms.
- Maintain application configurations, business rules, workflows, user access, and system functionality to support reliable and efficient business operations.
- Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements to enhance system reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Business Requirements & Process Improvement
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain to understand business processes, identify operational challenges, and gather system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into practical system configurations, workflow enhancements, and technical solutions that support evolving business needs.
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and reduce manual or redundant processes across business systems.
- SAP Implementation & Enterprise Systems Integration

- Identify repetitive, rule-based tasks in application support and business operations that can be improved through AI-enabled tools, scripting, or workflow automation.
- Develop and maintain reusable scripts, automated workflows, and standardized procedures to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Explore and implement practical automation solutions that improve operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate data security, accuracy, and controls.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Take ownership of developing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for existing and newly implemented enterprise applications.
- Assess existing documentation, identify knowledge gaps, and proactively work with business users, IT teams, system owners, and vendors to capture critical system knowledge.
- Create and maintain system configuration documentation, business process descriptions, integration specifications, IT knowledge base (KB) articles, troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and end-user documentation.
- Establish consistent documentation practices using company-approved templates and standards, ensuring documentation remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.
