Preferred - OSHA 500 (Construction Outreach Trainer), current. - Multiple competent-person areas. - NCCCO Rigger Level I or Level II, and/or NCCCO Signalperson certification. - Scaffold or Excavation Competent Person certification. - Confined space rescue / attendant background. - Bilingual (English/Spanish). - Veteran status. # WHAT WE OFFER - Full-time position, $75,000 to $95,000 per year depending on experience and credentials. This range is a good-faith estimate. It is not an offer of employment or a guarantee of any particular wage. - Group health, dental, and vision coverage, with eligibility no later than the 90th day of employment. - 80 hours (2 weeks) paid time off per year, plus 5 paid holidays. - Paid parental leave (after 12 months of service), bereavement, jury duty, and military leave per company policy. - Per diem and company-covered travel (lodging and fuel card) on overnight assignments. - Certification and continuing-education reimbursement (e.g., OSHA 500, NCCCO renewals), at company discretion. - Retirement contribution option. - Opportunity to grow into a lead trainer or train-the-trainer role as we scale. - A veteran-owned team that takes the mission seriously - the work you do sends people home safe. # HOW TO APPLY Submit your resume and copies of current certifications on our website: https://www.unitedfrontsafety.com/careers (bottom of page) Employment with UFSS is at-will.
