Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Form Carpenters for commercial projects in the Omaha NE area. The pay range of range for this position is $23-$25 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for Form Setting work up to 40+ hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all journeyman carpenters with no week in the hole.

Form Carpenter Responsibilities:

• Construct forms for precast concrete panels based on approved piece tickets and architectural specifications.
• Collaborate with the Carpenter Foreman to discuss production sequences and address form construction challenges.
• Provide inventory updates on form-related materials to ensure timely ordering and scheduled work performance.
• Maintain tools and follow safety protocols.
• Manage individual carpentry workload.
• Demonstrate punctuality and teamwork.
• Prioritize plant safety in alignment with company guidelines

Ultimate Form Carpenter Requirements

• 5+ years Form Carpenter Experience
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
