Global Security Internship - Summer 2027

Assist in monitoring and analyzing security events and incidents. Support the implementation and maintenance of security measures and controls. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Help develop and update security policies and procedures. Participate in security awareness training and education programs. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure secure system configurations. Research and stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats. Assist with the development of business continuity plans and impact assessments. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. Familiarity with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM). Microsoft suite proficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols. Understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) are a plus.
