Our mission is bold: to lead and inspire the construction industry by building exceptional people, products, and services that drive innovation and sustainability.

We’re looking for a Field Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems on the ground, and is passionate about delivering excellence to our customers. • Drive Innovation: Provide valuable market feedback and insights to help shape future product enhancements and service offerings.
  • Collaborate & Support: Partner with Account Managers to promote our product lines and support sales efforts across your region.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to keep UFP Site Built at the forefront of the industry.
  • Keep It Moving: Handle job setups, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform drive-bys to ensure every detail is covered.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Why Join UFP Site Built?

  • Purpose-Driven Work: Help shape a more sustainable and efficient construction industry.
  • Career Growth: We invest in your development with training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
  • Innovation Culture: Be part of a team that values creativity, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • People First: Join a company that believes in building exceptional people as much as exceptional products.

Ready to lead from the field and build what’s next? Apply now and be part of a team that’s transforming construction - one project at a time.

The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
