Position Summary: Ubique Group is seeking a full-time Parcel Picker to support our furniture warehouse operations in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining company standards for safety, productivity, and accuracy. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions as part of our "Move to the Work" culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge. Schedule: Monday--Friday, 6:00 AM -- 3:00 PM Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs. Responsibilities: - Pick items to match customer orders - Building boxes or other packaging materials to ship customer orders that will prevent damage during shipping - Use basic computer skills to navigate systems and process orders accurately - Able to read and interpret a pick ticket from the computer system, not paper - Place shipping labels on completed customer orders Qualifications: - Must have 2 years of warehouse experience - Must have a high level of accuracy - Able to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds - Prolonged standing and walking on concrete surfaces - Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting - Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions - Ability to safely climb on and off forklifts and warehouse equipment - Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling products Benefits: We offer a competitive benefit package that includes: - Major medical, dental, and vision benefits available day one --- no waiting period. - Company-paid life insurance and Employee Assistance Program. - 401(k) with company match. - Employee discount on Ubique Group products. - Ubique Group offers 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday per year and up to 13 Accrued PTO days per year Ubique Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
