Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy. Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services. Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line. Follow UW Credit Union\'s Cash Management policies and procedures. Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members. Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate. Look for ways to exceed our members\' expectations. Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs. Support our bilingual (Spanish/English) members.
