Residential Construction Consultant The national leader in the industry of Residential Construction Consulting has a Full time, or part-time/ transition to full-time position available. Help people build or remodel their own homes. Great opportunity for qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- 10+ yrs Project management experience in new single-family home construction (and/or remodeling)
- Interest in being an advocate for owner-builder clients. Candidates must have:
- Well established and strong relationships with sub-contractors and vendor/suppliers serving the San Antonio and Surrounding Areas
- Solid business, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer and writing skills are a must.
- Team player orientation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: From Competitive
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: On the road
