Original job description

Office Manager | Seattle, WA

Lead. Connect. Make an Impact.

Full-Time | In-Office | Downtown Seattle

Tyson & Mendes, a nationally recognized insurance defense litigation firm, is seeking an experienced, proactive Office Manager to join our Seattle team!

If you're a natural problem-solver who enjoys supporting people, keeping operations running smoothly, and making a meaningful impact, this is an opportunity to bring your leadership and organizational skills to a growing national law firm.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys being the person others can count on.

Be Part of a Team That Works Together and Celebrates Success

Our Seattle office represents clients throughout Washington in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, and other civil litigation.

Our team combines sophisticated litigation experience with a culture that is collaborative, professional, and fun.

We believe great teams are built through communication, mutual respect, and celebrating accomplishments together. From weekly team meetings where colleagues share wins, exchange ideas, and discuss best practices to opportunities to connect socially, our Seattle office values both teamwork and individual contributions.

As Office Manager, you'll play an important role in fostering that environment and helping our attorneys and legal professionals do their best work.

Work Alongside Accessible, Supportive Leadership

Our Seattle office is led by Sitar Bhatt, Branch Managing Partner, with regional leadership provided by Michael Drews, Northwest Regional Managing Partner.

Our leadership team values an open-door approach, meaningful communication, and empowering team members to take ownership of their work.

You'll work closely with attorneys, administrative professionals, and regional leadership to help ensure the office operates efficiently while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment.

At Tyson & Mendes, strong office management is essential to the success of our litigation teams. Your perspective, initiative, and ability to bring people together will be valued.

Local Connection. National Resources.

You'll enjoy the close-knit environment of our Seattle office while benefiting from the resources, collaboration, and support of a national law firm.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships, anticipating needs, and finding practical solutions.

We value professionals who lead with confidence, communicate openly, and bring a positive, team-oriented approach to their work.

Make Your Mark in Seattle

This is a full-time, in-office position located in downtown Seattle at 600 Stewart Street, Suite 1500.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being present, engaged, and actively involved in supporting a busy litigation office and its people.

If you're an experienced Office Manager who takes pride in creating an organized, collaborative, and successful workplace, we'd love to meet you!

Bring your leadership. Build connections. Make an impact.

Join Tyson & Mendes and become part of a team where your contributions matter and your leadership helps everyone succeed.
