Job Opportunity: Part-Time Custodian
The Town of Tyngsborough Department of Public Works seeks qualified applicants for the position of part-time Custodian working primarily at the Police Department and Center for Active Living facilities. This position provides for the overall custodial maintenance of both buildings; sweeps, washes and waxes floors; vacuums and spot cleans carpeting; dusts and polishes furniture; cleans and stocks restrooms; washes walls and windows; removes rubbish; and performs a variety of other custodial duties as needed. This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position and works up to 19 hours weekly. The schedule is Monday through Friday 6 AM to 9:30 AM unless otherwise agreed to.
Salary range: Grade 1, Step 2 through Step 5 $22.22 - $23.73 per hour based on experience.
