Serve as a strategic partner to airports and clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic helping navigate funding, policy, and regulatory challenges.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with subconsultants, agency partners, and contractors across multiple airports and jurisdictions.
Manage stakeholder relationships, interface management, and program reporting to ensure alignment with FAA standards, client objectives, and local goals.
Oversee activities related to program controls, design management, environmental review, and construction support.
Support TYLin’s expansion in the Mid-Atlantic by leading proposal efforts, interviews, and pursuit strategies for new and upcoming aviation programs.
Represent TYLin at key industry events such as AAAE, ACI-NA, and regional aviation forums to maintain visibility and contribute to industry dialogue.

What You’ll Bring:

15+ years of aviation experience, with a focus on program management and oversight of capital improvement programs at large or medium hub airports.
Deep understanding of FAA regulations, AIP/BIL funding, and aviation program delivery models.
Prior experience with public-sector clients in the Mid-Atlantic region strongly preferred.
