Who We Are:

Founded in 2020, AMERI-CANS is a fast-growing, veteran-owned enterprise established by Marine Corps veterans who have firsthand knowledge of the critical importance of field sanitation. Headquartered in Manassas Park, VA, the company’s growth has expanded beyond the DMV area and now includes Indiana, South Carolina, and Ohio, with Texas as our newest mission-critical branch - a no-nonsense focus on execution, adaptability, and relentless problem-solving fuels our expansion. We are mission-driven, and our success enables us to support fellow Veterans and Gold Star families in honoring our shared service and their sacrifice. We are continually seeking veterans pursuing their post-service ambitions and talented individuals with an unwavering desire to succeed and grow with us.

Ensure teams are properly equipped with PPE, chemicals, paper products, tools, and backup supplies.
Support consumables accountability by tracking usage trends and assisting with inventory management.
Assist with route planning and optimization to improve efficiency and service consistency.
Respond to urgent or high-priority site needs, including spill response, emergency restocking, and recovery services.
Maintain professional communication with customer points of contact when required.
Support custodial vehicle readiness, including daily inspections and reporting maintenance issues.
Assist with documentation and reporting, including service logs, checklists, and inventory trackers.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of custodial, janitorial, facilities support, sanitation, or similar field experience preferred.
Experience with portable sanitation, equipment operation, or construction services is a plus.
Willingness to work in a remote environment and adapt to evolving site requirements.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfortable using basic tracking tools such as spreadsheets, checklists, and mobile applications.
