Develop and evaluate receiver, transmitter, and modem architectures for RF systems
Perform RF signal reception and transmission using common modulation schemes (FSK, PSK, QAM, OFDM, etc.)
Develop prototypes in laboratory environments using SDR hardware and RF test and measurement equipment
Contribute subject matter expertise in DSP, Software Defined Radio (SDR), and wireless communications systems
Contribute to a centralized development repository of software design patterns, tools, and infrastructure to build maintainable, reusable SDR building blocks.

Experience with physical layer (PHY) and Medium Access Control (MAC) layer concepts, including waveform processing, synchronization, channel estimation, framing, and link-level behavior
Familiarity with open-source signal processing libraries and frameworks
Experience with common SDRs, such as Ettus USRP Series, BladeRF, and PlutoSDR
Minimum of 3 years of experience with one or more modern development languages: C, C++, Embedded C, Python
Experience with collaborative Git workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, and conducting code reviews
Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI

Nice if you have:

Demonstrated ability to architect and implement end-to-end wireless communication systems with real-world performance requirements
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
Proficiency with SDRtools such as GNU Radio, Radio Hacker, GQRX, Vivado, or ModelSim\Hands on experience working with one or more common DSP providers such as Texas Instruments (TI), Analog Devices (AD), or STMicroelectronics
