Articulately represent the program across touchpoints.
Independently determine program phasing and metrics that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship.
Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards.
Ensure stakeholders are aligned on rationale for program pivots.
Independently determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making.
Independently maintain project trackers and status reports.
Identify and execute program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.
Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.
Lead effective program stakeholder meetings.
Independently develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis.
Across multiple teams, independently define, lead, and own program charter(s) that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs.
