Original job description
About the Opportunity Turner Staffing Group is conducting a search for a full-time, in-house Recruiter on behalf of our client, a well-established, family-owned excavation and site development contractor in Pennsylvania. Our client has built a strong reputation over several decades for safety, quality workmanship, and long-tenured teams. They serve commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal customers with services spanning earthwork, site utilities, and site preparation.
The Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring for field and office roles, with a strong focus on skilled trades. Typical hires include equipment operators, CDL drivers, pipe layers, laborers, mechanics, foremen, and project support staff. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines in a hands-on, people-first construction environment.
