Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is a core team member, responsible for assisting the Lead Maintenance Technician in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. Under general supervision by the Lead Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technicians perform general facility maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that the facilities remain in presentable, operable, and efficient condition. Tasks include ensuring proper working condition of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, carpentry, occasional grounds keeping, and general trades’ tasks. In the absence of the Lead Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technicians will receive instruction from the Maintenance Customer Service Coordinator or Director of Operations. The Maintenance Technician is expected to demonstrate all of our company’s core values, included below:

Work Hours The employee is expected to work 40 hours per week. Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis and for emergencies.
