Employer: TT Commerce & Global Services LLCPosition: Creator Network Partner Associate (Multiple Positions)Location: New York, NY Responsibilities- Work on a portfolio of Creator Networks, monitoring revenue, go-live rates, retention, and compliance metrics.- Review marketing metrics and performance data to identify operational gaps and growth opportunities for business partners.- Leverage quantitative and qualitative market data insights to provide recommendations on livestream content, fan engagement, and monetization practices.- Support long-term partner development by defining key performance indicators, conducting periodic progress data review and reporting, providing quantitative and qualitative insights, and defining action plans and follow-through.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on policy enforcement, safety issues, and operational escalations.QualificationsMust have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, Applied Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, Applied Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:- Managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and talent within the social media industry;- Providing strategic guidance related to managing social media talent and scaling their development;- Account management, including assessing clients performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to drive account growth;- Analyzing and presenting data and data insights to technical and non-technical audiences;- Conducting market research through primary and secondary sources including reports, surveys, or expert interviews to generate business insights and plan future strategy; and- Using Excel, Tableau, or SQL to derive data relationships and insights, and to monitor key performance indicators.Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 25%.Type: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: New York, NY Salary Range: $108000 - $151200 per yearTo apply, and for information on benefits offered, visit: https://lifeattiktok.com/ and type Job ID A47606A in search bar.
