Original job description

The Team You’ll Join:

The Product Team builds exclusively for the frontline heroes on our studies: clinical research coordinators, study nurses, and lab techs. Our products aren’t just functional - they’re genuinely delightful to use under pressure.

What You’ll Own:

You’ll take the wheel for our site-facing ecosystem: the mobile app that guides visits and captures data, and the web dashboard where site staff review their study data. You own their maintenance and continuous improvement, and you are accountable for how they contribute to the company's success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Obsess over user experience: overwhelmed clinical staff have no patience for anything less than a seamless experience. Not adding to their workload is the minimum. Delighting them is the goal.
  • Work closely with engineering: involve your engineers early and often. Share the context, define the outcome, agree on the problem, then explore solutions together.
  • Know your users and your product: build deep knowledge of how research sites operate and how our platform works, well enough to discuss its capabilities and constraints with any stakeholder.
  • Chase outcomes, not checklist features: You won't measure success by how many tickets you close. You'll measure it by site adoption, hours saved, and error rates eliminated.
  • Execute with focus and discipline: prioritize work you have validated, write precise requirements, confirm each release is ready to ship, and anticipate what adoption will take for busy site staff.
  • Let data settle the debate: use data to compare potential solutions, test assumptions, measure impact, and judge when to continue and when to change direction.

What We Are Looking For:

  • One to three years of hands-on experience in product management, health technology, or clinical trial operations.
  • Understanding of clinical trial processes, compliance, and data integrity - or the curiosity to get fluent fast.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Clear communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams and colleagues.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel to clinical research sites every few months to observe users first-hand.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (tech, life sciences, design, or business). No certifications required.
