ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fast-growing AI-powered insurtech company to help scale claims operations. Working directly with the CEO, you will bring structure and efficiency to the processes that support claims handling, with an opportunity to grow into leadership of a core business area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own special projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO.
- Build and formalize claims operations, including process design, hiring, and workflows.
- Design scalable, data-driven processes that improve product workflows.
- Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Bring clarity and structure to varied, high-impact initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to five years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup.
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience, with evidence of independently identifying and solving problems in ambiguous settings.
- Strong analytical, structured thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers, teammates, and partners.
- Comfort with rapid context-switching and operating in a high-growth environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $100,000 to $150,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California.
