ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fast-growing AI-powered insurtech company to scale claims operations. Working directly with the CEO, you will bring structure and efficiency to the systems and processes that support claims handling, with the opportunity to grow into leadership of a core business area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own special projects and strategic initiatives in close partnership with the CEO.
- Build and formalize claims operations, including process design, hiring, and workflows.
- Design scalable, data-driven processes that improve product workflows.
- Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Bring clarity and structure to varied, high-impact initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two or more years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup.
- Approximately two to five years of overall professional experience, with startup, entrepreneurial, or similarly unstructured experience.
- A structured, data-driven approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently identify and solve problems.
- Experience working across teams, switching quickly between priorities, and building trust with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments; an undergraduate degree from a strong institution is preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $100,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California. This role is based in the office five days per week.
