ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI marketplace team and own expert delivery projects for AI research clients. This client-facing role combines project operations, expert recruitment, and problem-solving to ensure projects are delivered successfully and accounts grow over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage several expert delivery projects at once across human data and market research.
  • Lead client communication, share proactive updates, negotiate project requirements, and advise clients on delivery strategy.
  • Recruit and reactivate experts from an internal panel to meet project needs.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and feasibility issues, then work with engineering on product or process improvements.
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering high-quality projects and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Zero to two years of experience in consulting, project delivery, delivery operations, or an operationally intensive startup environment; recent graduates are welcome.
  • Experience owning projects end to end, including expert recruitment, client communication, and fulfillment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to hold your ground with enterprise stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and improving products or processes in fast-moving environments.
  • A bachelor's degree from a strong U.S. university or one to two years of experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Experience with AI, expert marketplaces, or staffing platforms is relevant.
