Software Engineer (Full Stack)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small engineering team building an AI platform that automates procurement workflows for enterprise customers. You will work across the stack, develop core agent systems, and help shape the platform as it grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Learn the codebase, business, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.
• Contribute across infrastructure, backend systems, and user-facing features as priorities shift.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and translate insights into product improvements.
• Design and own AI agent systems that work with fragmented enterprise data, primarily using Python.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and teammates on platform architecture and scaling.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Typically 3 to 7 years of software engineering experience, with production experience across the stack.
• Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.
• Experience building core systems, distributed systems, or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, infrastructure, frontend development, system design, graph traversal and indexing, knowledge graphs, multi-tenant systems, or workflow automation.
• A curious, self-directed approach, sound technical judgment, and a track record of solving valuable problems collaboratively.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, industrial technology, or as a founder or founding engineer is useful.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
