Software Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI software engineering team building products that help in-person sales teams improve performance. You will ship user-facing features across the stack and help establish engineering practices as the team grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and ship high-quality product features and end-to-end workflows.
• Develop new capabilities from scratch as the technical roadmap advances.
• Understand customer needs and turn them into useful product solutions.
• Raise the bar for code quality and technical decision-making.
• Grow your ownership as the company scales and contribute to recruiting future engineers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• One to three years of software engineering experience, including work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup building products from the ground up.
• Full-stack product experience shipping user-facing features with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience deploying infrastructure on AWS as part of delivering products.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and a track record of learning quickly, iterating fast, and maintaining quality.
• A customer-first approach, comfort engaging with users, and interest in building practical AI-powered products.
• Entrepreneurial drive, accountability, and a collaborative approach to feedback and problem-solving.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $192,500 to $258,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in New York, NY, five days per week.
