ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a financial crime compliance technology team building AI-powered products for banks and fintechs. You will own customer-facing features that help compliance teams automate reviews while keeping human judgment in the loop.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product features from customer discovery and requirements gathering through deployment and iteration.
- Build AI workflows that coordinate tools and data services for AML, sanctions, and KYC reviews.
- Develop interfaces for case management, reporting, analytics, and workflow configuration.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand compliance needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.
- Build and maintain production-grade backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
- Create new product experiences, scale existing functionality, and support enterprise implementations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to six years of product software engineering experience, with a record of delivering zero-to-one products used by customers.
- Full-stack experience with React and TypeScript or Node.js, and/or Python, including API and database development.
- Experience shipping production AI or LLM-powered product features, such as agents or workflow automation.
- Strong product judgment and communication skills, including comfort working directly with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with standard onboarding and support.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and experience in a high-growth startup; financial services or other regulated-industry experience is helpful.
