- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and developer tooling for safe, frequent releases.
- Support secure, auditable, reliable operations in regulated or federal environments.
- Troubleshoot and tune systems across application code, storage, and networking, and mentor engineers through reviews and pairing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Hands-on experience with AWS production workloads, distributed systems, and large-scale data storage and retrieval, including hot and cold storage.
- A solid DevOps foundation, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and automated deployments.
- Experience with backend or distributed systems in addition to any front-end work, and ownership of systems from design through deployment and on-call operations.
- Experience building production data pipelines and operating containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Relevant tools and technologies include Terraform, GitOps, ArgoCD, Helm, Python, Go, PostgreSQL, vector databases, object storage, Kafka, and distributed SQL databases.
