WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the greenfield development of enterprise solutions and related consumer app updates.

- Help establish secure, enterprise-ready systems that meet HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements.
- Mentor engineers, assign work, review code, and contribute to growing the team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Six to ten years of full stack engineering experience, with a record of shipping user-facing products from zero to one at an early-stage or high-growth company.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, including Firebase or Firestore.
- Production experience building LLM-powered products, including agent orchestration, prompt and context design, tool use, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.
- Experience as a founding engineer, technical lead, staff engineer, or mentor to other engineers.
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is valuable, as is familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, Figma, and front-end design engineering.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and sound judgment in building products for patients and families.
