ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead greenfield development for enterprise products and deliver related improvements to a consumer-facing application.
  • Partner with company leadership to shape the near-term and longer-term product roadmap.
  • Build, debug, and evaluate AI agents, including prompt design and evaluation harnesses.
  • Help establish secure, enterprise-ready systems and support HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance.
  • Mentor engineers, assign work, review code, and contribute to hiring as the team grows.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Six to ten years of full stack engineering experience, including shipping user-facing products from 0 to 1 at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, including Firebase and Firestore.
  • Production experience building with LLMs, including agent orchestration, prompt and context design, tool use, evaluations, guardrails, and observability.
  • Experience as a founding engineer, technical lead, staff-level engineer, or mentor to other engineers.
  • Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is valuable, as is familiarity with HIPAA or SOC 2.
  • Strong front-end design engineering skills and experience with design tools such as Figma.
