ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a healthtech AI team deploying production agent systems for healthcare and life sciences organizations. You will lead technical delivery from early client discussions through launch, while bringing field insights back into reusable platform capabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own client engagements end to end, including pre-sales demonstrations, requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Design and build production AI agent systems integrated with healthcare platforms such as EHR and EMR systems, claims, specialty pharmacy, and CRM tools.
- Lead technical working sessions and present solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Make architecture and integration decisions, scope work, and resolve technical issues during client engagements.
- Share deployment learnings with the product team and develop reusable components for future implementations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Five to 15 years of software engineering experience building and delivering customer-facing production systems end to end.
- Experience designing complete system architectures and producing architecture diagrams.
- Hands-on experience putting LLM systems or AI agents into production, including evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring.
- Experience owning client-facing technical delivery from pre-sales and scoping through integration, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Healthcare or life sciences expertise, including areas such as patient services, specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, health insurance, or HIPAA compliance.
- Fluency in JavaScript or Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Next.js, and React, plus production cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, WebSockets, ETL/ELT, Docker, CI/CD, LLM orchestration, or vector stores is relevant.
- Experience with data or machine learning pipelines is a plus. Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $170,000 to $205,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
