Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an AI team delivering voice AI solutions to enterprise customers. You will work closely with client teams to turn requirements into production-ready systems, while sharing insights that help improve the platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead customer projects from early prototypes through production, communicating progress, risks, and blockers clearly.
• Design and build voice AI solutions, applying effective LLM prompting techniques.
• Develop full-stack integrations with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools using Python and JavaScript.
• Partner with sales and customer teams to gather requirements, create demos, and present system designs.
• Coordinate project scope and alignment across teams, resolving delivery challenges along the way.
• Turn successful implementation patterns into reusable tools or platform components.
• Share customer feedback and recommendations with product and go-to-market teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including work at multiple startups or substantial experience at a larger technology company.
• Experience as a forward deployed or solutions engineer, technical product manager, founder, or in a comparable role.
• Strong hands-on skills with React, Node.js, Python, and AWS, along with experience writing production-grade code.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and experience building full-stack enterprise integrations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, sound judgment, and a high level of ownership in fast-paced environments.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical fundamentals.
• Voice AI experience or senior-level engineering experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
