Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a team building voice AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with client teams to take systems from early prototypes to production, while sharing customer insights that help improve the platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead end-to-end delivery of voice AI projects, communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
• Build and integrate voice agents, including effective LLM prompting techniques.
• Develop full-stack integrations with enterprise tools such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling systems using Python and JavaScript.
• Partner with sales and customers to gather requirements, create demos, and present system designs.
• Scope projects, resolve blockers, and keep client and internal teams aligned.
• Turn repeatable delivery patterns into tools or platform components.
• Translate customer feedback into practical product and go-to-market recommendations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, technical product work, or a related role, including experience at startups or an established technology company.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Python, and AWS, plus the ability to write production-grade code.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and experience delivering software from prototype through production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence engaging customers and recommending improvements.
• Ownership and adaptability in fast-paced environments; voice AI experience or senior-level engineering experience is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary range: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
