Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a team delivering voice AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with customer teams to turn business requirements into production-ready systems and share insights that help improve the platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead customer projects from prototyping through production, communicating progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
• Build and integrate voice AI solutions, including effective LLM prompting techniques.
• Develop full-stack integrations with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools.
• Partner with sales and customer stakeholders to gather requirements, create demos, and present system designs.
• Scope projects, resolve technical blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
• Turn customer feedback into reusable tools, platform improvements, and product recommendations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including work at startups or substantial experience at larger technology companies.
• Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, technical product manager, founder, or in a similar role.
• Strong production engineering skills and knowledge of distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and AWS.
• Experience building enterprise integrations and delivering projects from prototype to production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical expertise.
• Voice AI experience or senior-level engineering experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
