Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a team delivering voice AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with customer teams to turn requirements into production-ready systems and share insights that help improve the platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead customer projects from prototyping through production, clearly communicating progress, risks, and blockers.
• Build and integrate voice AI solutions, using effective LLM prompting techniques.
• Develop full-stack integrations with enterprise tools such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling systems.
• Partner with sales and customer teams to gather requirements, create demos, and present system designs.
• Turn repeatable implementation patterns into reusable tools and platform components.
• Share customer feedback and practical recommendations with product and go-to-market teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical product management, or founding a company.
• Experience at venture-backed startups or a strong record of growth in a larger technology organization.
• Production software engineering experience and a solid understanding of distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and AWS.
• Experience delivering complex projects and collaborating effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, ownership, and comfort proposing improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Voice AI experience or senior-level engineering experience is valued.
• A degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable technical experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
