- Own hardware development end to end, from PCB design through bring-up, debugging, integration, and production.
- Develop microcontroller, microprocessor, and mixed-signal circuitry for real-time processing and control.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate hardware with vehicle systems.
- Define requirements and make technical decisions across the hardware design.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to 15 years of experience designing control or power electronics hardware, including motor drivers or actuator controllers.
- A bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience designing, bringing up, and debugging control or power electronics PCB assemblies.
- Experience with analog and mixed-signal circuits for motor drivers, power conversion, or precision control loops.
- PCB design skills from schematic capture through layout; Altium experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, ARM microcontrollers, CAN, DDR, FPGA, and embedded C.
- Background in flight hardware or other high-reliability systems, such as aerospace, defense, or automotive, and experience in a fast-paced hardware environment.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
