WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Five to eight years of backend software engineering experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup or another high-bar engineering environment.
- Proficiency in Go, or the ability and willingness to ramp up quickly.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing backend features end to end and measuring their business impact.
- Comfort working with limited direction and taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with data-driven systems such as matchmaking, fraud prevention, or recommendations is a plus.
