Original job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the enterprise sales team at a B2B SaaS company building AI-powered software for creating business applications. This early-career role focuses on generating qualified pipeline through thoughtful outbound prospecting and prompt follow-up with prospective customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Research target accounts and identify relevant business, operations, IT, and data decision-makers.
Generate qualified pipeline through daily cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Follow up with inbound prospects, event contacts, and referrals to qualify interest and schedule meetings.
Keep CRM contact histories, outcomes, and next steps accurate after each interaction.
Use AI and sales tools to support account research and personalized outreach.
Help coordinate scheduling and logistics for prospect dinners and events when needed.
Turn effective outreach into repeatable prospecting approaches and playbooks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Zero to one year of SDR, BDR, or comparable outbound prospecting experience. Candidates must have no more than one year working as an SDR.
Ability to independently build prospect lists and develop outreach approaches in an evolving environment.
Comfort making cold calls and contacting senior decision-makers by phone and email.
Strong initiative, persistence, urgency, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Interest in B2B SaaS, AI tools, and how software solves business problems.
Experience with sales engagement platforms, startup environments, or building repeatable outbound processes is helpful.
Must already be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $100,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
