Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a consumer gaming product team building experiences for creators and players. You will own product features across web and mobile, working closely with engineering, product, data, and recommendation systems to improve engagement and retention.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and ship end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile using React, React Native, and TypeScript.
• Take features from scoping through implementation and launch, then measure their impact.
• Partner with product, data, and recommendation systems teams to identify friction for creators and players and improve retention.
• Improve frontend architecture across the game feed and creator experience, contributing backend code when needed.
• Design and analyze A/B tests using product analytics tools and SQL.
• Use agentic AI tools to streamline workflows, surface insights, and inform product improvements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Two to four years of experience as a product, frontend, or full-stack software engineer.
• Experience building consumer-facing products, especially social products or two-sided marketplaces.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, runtime efficiency, and system design.
• Hands-on experience with React or React Native, with a focus on frontend development; TypeScript experience is relevant.
• Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation, including funnels, cohorts, retention curves, and tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Clear, effective communication and the ability to own features from idea through measurement in a fast-moving environment.
• A strong record of progression in software engineering, or experience as an early startup engineer or founder.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $185,000 to $205,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
