ABOUT THE ROLE

Build full-stack products and internal systems for a venture capital organization, working across engineering, product, and operations. You will turn complex workflows into usable software for teams and founders, owning the experience from problem discovery through deployment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, build, and ship applications supporting application workflows, events, and internal operations.
  • Develop event tools for registration, coordination, and media handling.
  • Integrate with services such as calendars, chat, email, and data pipelines.
  • Build AI and search capabilities using semantic search, embeddings, and natural language interfaces.
  • Automate scheduling, notifications, application routing, interview coordination, and email triage.
  • Create internal copilots, dashboards, and analytics that help teams track operational workflows.
  • Work with partner and operations teams to understand processes and make pragmatic product and engineering decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1 to 12 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.
  • Experience owning product decisions end to end, including problem definition, UI, and deployment.
  • Strong frontend and backend skills, with experience building polished interfaces and production systems.
  • Experience building AI or LLM projects or shipping AI-enabled product features.
  • Familiarity with Rails, React, PostgreSQL, Python, semantic search, embeddings, and APIs such as Slack or Google Calendar, or equivalent technologies.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience, with the ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, demonstrated through education or exceptional projects.
  • Experience with internal tools, workflow systems, or application and CRM processes is valuable.
