Original job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small product engineering team building AI-powered tools that automate quoting, pricing, and commercial workflows for industrial manufacturers. You will help deliver end-to-end product capabilities that connect modern AI systems with complex business processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and operate production AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows, including orchestration, evaluation, and reliability.
  • Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Integrate product workflows with enterprise systems such as ERPs.
  • Address deployment and data residency needs for European enterprise customers, including GDPR-related requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.
  • Startup experience and hands-on experience building or integrating AI systems.
  • Production experience building and orchestrating LLM agents, including use of an agent framework such as LangGraph, Mastra, or an agent SDK.
  • Strong TypeScript, React, and Next.js skills, with experience across frontend and backend product development.
  • Product sense, curiosity about emerging AI tools and techniques, and comfort working in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems and working through data privacy or residency requirements is relevant.
