Growth Marketer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Build and scale growth marketing for an early-stage AI video and creative technology company. This hands-on role will establish the growth engine, connect marketing efforts to pipeline goals, and run experiments across paid and organic channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social channels, targeting mid-market consumer brands.
• Design, launch, and measure experiments across advertising, landing pages, messaging, and audiences.
• Build growth marketing processes and infrastructure from the ground up.
• Develop organic growth through SEO, AEO, email, and lifecycle marketing.
• Partner with Sales and Engineering to align campaigns with product launches and pipeline goals.
• Track performance, manage budgets, and optimize customer acquisition cost and payback.
• Use AI tools and the company's platform to accelerate content and campaign execution, collaborating with a content creator on creative assets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Four to six years of experience in growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing.
• Experience scaling paid acquisition with measurable results across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, alongside SEO or AEO.
• Strong copywriting and messaging judgment, with a track record of running experiments end to end.
• Hands-on experience at an early-stage, high-growth startup, ideally at Series A through Series C.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and agentic products.
• Experience marketing to consumer brands or consumer goods companies is a plus, as is experience in marketing SaaS, AI, creative technology, or media.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $140,000 to $185,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in San Francisco, California. Candidates should already be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
