WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build factory ERP capabilities for inventory management, material tracking, and part flow.
- Develop software that collects low-latency data from CNC machines and sends instructions back to them.
- Create quality management systems to track and improve part quality with micron-level accuracy.
- Work directly with machinists to gather feedback and rapidly improve their daily software tools.
- Design systems that can be replicated across multiple factory locations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to seven years of full-stack software engineering experience, including strong Python and Django skills.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a record of independently shipping products in fast-paced startup or technology environments.
- Experience solving ambiguous problems and incorporating direct feedback from end users.
- Working knowledge of machine learning, including model fine-tuning.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, computer vision, CAD/CAM, robotics, or IoT and sensor integration is valuable.
- Factory, ERP, industrial, or hardware-adjacent software experience is useful.
- Must be eligible to work on ITAR-controlled projects as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. U.S. citizenship is also specified as a requirement.
