ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fintech product team building the core user experience for a retail trading platform. You will own key frontend systems and turn complex, real-time market data into fast, clear interfaces that help traders make informed decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain accessible, scalable web applications and reusable UI libraries.
- Develop high-performance interactive charts and real-time data visualizations.
- Improve application speed and reliability through performance optimization and caching strategies.
- Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket streams while managing client-side state and caching.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, previews, testing, and rollbacks.
- Collaborate with design and backend engineering partners to ship and refine product features.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to ten years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Strong skills in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and WAAPI.
- Experience building latency-sensitive, real-time interfaces, such as trading, gaming, or casino products.
- Hands-on familiarity with trading crypto, derivatives, or other markets, or frontend experience at a trading firm or exchange.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and WebSocket streams.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, or Cypress, and CI/CD workflows.
- An active GitHub profile with recent coding and public, live frontend work that demonstrates polished visual quality.
- Ability to write production-quality code independently and use AI tools as an aid rather than a substitute for core engineering work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $185,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
