ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fintech team building the core user experience for a retail trading platform. You will own major frontend systems and turn complex, real-time market data into clear, responsive interfaces for traders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain web applications and reusable UI libraries that are fast, accessible, and scalable.
- Create high-performance interactive charts and real-time visualizations that support trading decisions.
- Improve application speed and reliability through caching and performance engineering.
- Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket streams, and manage robust client-side state.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, previews, testing, and rollbacks.
- Partner with design and backend engineering to ship and refine product experiences.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to ten years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Strong skills in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and WAAPI.
- Experience building latency-sensitive, real-time interfaces, such as trading, gaming, or casino products.
- Background building frontend products for a trading firm or exchange, or firsthand experience actively trading crypto, perpetuals, or other markets.
- Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and frontend testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, or Cypress.
- Recent, demonstrable coding activity and live frontend work with polished visual quality.
- Ability to write production-quality code independently and use AI tools as a complement to core engineering work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $185,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
