ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage team building AI-powered software for enterprise procurement and supply chains. As a founding engineer, you will help shape the product and engineering direction while tackling complex data challenges that can improve how large organizations manage supplier spend.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship full-stack product features end to end as a core member of the founding engineering team.
- Develop systems that reconcile negotiated supplier terms with purchasing and invoice data across large, inconsistent datasets.
- Make product and technical decisions that guide the company's early direction.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their challenges and deliver useful solutions.
- Contribute to AI and LLM systems that help identify discrepancies and generate savings.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to eight years of full-stack software engineering experience, with backend or full-stack product engineering experience.
- A record of shipping end-to-end products, ideally for B2B customers or enterprise users.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and modern full-stack development.
- Familiarity with LLM systems, evaluation methods, or related frameworks is useful.
- Strong customer communication skills and interest in building an early-stage product from the ground up.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $200,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
